| 2012 Winchester Heifer Futurity This Futurity is open to registered and branded Texas Longhorn heifers born in 2010 and 2011. The classes are as follows: Class One: November - December 2011 Class Two: September - October 2011 Class Three: July - August 2011 Class Four: May - June 2011 Class Five: March - April 2011 Class Six: January - February 2011 Class Seven: October - December 2010 Class Eight: July - September 2010 Class Nine: April - June 2010 Class Ten: January - March 2010 Class Eleven: Cows born in 2000 Each animal will be judged on its own merit, by itself. Five Breeder judges will judge each animal, one high score and one low score will be removed, and each class will have a tie-breaker judge (determined prior to the start of the Futurity). Consignment fee is $100.00 per animal. Prizes: First Place, in each class, will win an engraved Rifle, plus a cash prize. Second Place -- Prize plus cash Third Place -- Prize plue cash Guaranteed 75% of consignment fee Payback. |
